Susan Kibii

Organizational and personal leadership development

Susan Kibii is a leadership expert, communication consultant, lecturer, and author with extensive experience in leadership development and personal transformation. She is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations through training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across corporate, academic, church, and community settings. Susan holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies (Organizational Development), a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling. She also holds Diplomas in Theology, Professional Journalism, and Community Development, among other professional qualifications, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies with a specialization in Corporate Governance. She is the author of several books, including The Woman You Are Meant to Be and Woman in Pieces: Restoring the Dignity of Womanhood. Through her writing, teaching, and leadership engagements, Susan continues to inspire personal growth, ethical leadership, and positive social transformation.

Moses Osagiede is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and the International Graduate School of Leadership in Manila, Philippines. He is a university lecturer in Leadership and Organizational Culture and serves in the Leader Transformation Department, where he mentors and coaches students while facilitating values-based courses that integrate character development with academic learning and practical application across diverse sectors of society. With a strong background in planning and transformational leadership, Moses Osagiede is currently pursuing doctoral research on leadership adaptability, organizational culture, and the impact of government policies on younger employees in Kenya’s banking sector. He is passionate about developing effective leaders and cultivating organizational cultures that foster growth, innovation, excellence, and sustainable transformation. Through his teaching, mentoring, and research, he seeks to equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Dr. Jacqueline N. Mutua is a lecturer, consultant, and researcher specializing in leadership, community strengthening, and child protection. Currently, she serves as the Associate Programme Leader for the Masters of Arts in Leadership Studies at the International Leadership University. In addition, she is a Senior Research Associate at Roots and Wings Research and Development Organization (RDO). Dr. Mutua holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership (Public Governance) from the International Leadership University (ILU). She has a Master's Degree in Sociology (Rural Sociology and Community Development - University of Nairobi), a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology (University of Nairobi), and a Diploma in Management of NGOs (Kenya Institute of Management). She possesses over twenty years of experience in project management and community health having worked with various nonprofit organizations (NGOs) including Amref, PATH, Save the Children and Jhpiego. Dr. Mutua believes in the potential of every human being and helps them define their God-given purpose (success), clarify their personal goals and overcome obstacles that stand between them and their destiny.
