Susan Kibii is a specialist in personal and organizational leadership development, with extensive experience in training, mentoring, coaching, and skills development across corporate, academic, church, and community settings. She is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth, transformation, and effective leadership.
Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies specializing in Organizational Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling. She also holds Diplomas in Theology, Professional Journalism, and Community Development, alongside several other professional certifications. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies with a specialization in Corporate Governance.
Over the years, Susan has authored twelve books addressing leadership, personal growth, social transformation, and human empowerment. Her publications include Loyalty to Routine and Woman in Pieces: Restoring the Dignity of Womanhood, among other impactful works that encourage personal growth, resilience, and purposeful living.
Through her work, Susan continues to inspire and equip individuals, corporate organizations, and communities with practical knowledge, transformational leadership skills, and purpose-driven development strategies.
Moses Osagiede is an Associate Trainer at Vook Voice International and a leadership scholar, educator, and transformational development practitioner with extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, teaching, and organizational leadership across diverse sectors of society. With a strong background in planning and transformational leadership, he is passionate about developing individuals and institutions for sustainable growth and positive impact.
In addition to his training role at Vook Voice International, Moses Osagiede serves as a faculty member in Leadership and Organizational Culture at International Leadership University, where he contributes to leadership development and capacity building through teaching, research, and mentorship. His work is driven by a commitment to empowering people, strengthening organizations, and fostering values-based leadership in Africa and beyond.
He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and the International Graduate School of Leadership. Currently, he is pursuing doctoral research focused on leadership adaptability, organizational culture, and government policies affecting younger employees in Kenya’s banking sector.
